JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a School Minibus Driver to join our Transport team at Kent College, Canterbury from December 2024. 

The School Minibus Driver will be reliable and trustworthy, working with the team to provide an effective, professional and safe minibus service to Kent College's pupils. The post holder will need to be comfortable with driving different routes daily. Alongside driving a minibus, the successful candidate will undertake other duties such as vehicle checks and refuelling. They will also be required to attend a Minibus Driver Awareness Scheme training course, funded by the School. 

The School Minibus Driver will hold a clean driving licence, with D1 on the licence. They will have experience of driving a large vehicle, preferably an LGV/PSV, and the ability to communicate with a range of people.

THE POSITION

The position is 23 hours per week, 6:15am to 8:30 am & 5:15pm to 7:30pm, Monday to Friday, term-time only.
